Inside the USA, the plan uses the UnitedHealthcare Network and seeking treatment there will lower your out of pocket expenses and facilitate faster claims processing. Outside of the USA, you are free to seek medical care from any provider you wish or locate a provider using the IMG International Provider Access Search.

File a Claim

For each new injury or illness, you will want to submit a fully completed claim form along with any receipts and prescriptions. This will expedite the processing of your claim, and you can track the progress of your claim in the Student Zone.
