City University of Seattle
Seattle, WA

To ensure all international students have adequate health coverage, City University of Seattle requires you to enroll in the Patriot Exchange health insurance plan that meets your school's minimum requirements.

When choosing your plan, you should select either a $0 deductible or a $100 deductible. Please note that $100 is the minimum deductible your school accepts. You’ll also be able to choose between $250,000 or $500,000 in medical coverage; either option is acceptable.

City University of Seattle does not require sports coverage, you can simply choose “No” for the Sports Coverage options when purchasing your plan.

You can waive your school's insurance plan by submitting your documentation through this insurance waiver form.
