To ensure all international students have adequate health coverage, City University of Seattle requires you to enroll in the Patriot Exchange health insurance plan or a plan that meets the university’s minimum requirements of $250,000 per injury/illness, minimum plan coverage 80% per injury/illness, maximum deductible $100 per injury/illness, minimum medical evacuation benefit $50,000, minimum repatriation of remains $25,000.

City University of Seattle does not require sports coverage, you can simply choose “No” for the Sports Coverage options when purchasing your plan.
You can waive your school's insurance plan by submitting your documentation through this insurance waiver form.
