Air Doctor is a telehealth benefit for international travel medical assistance provided by WorldTrips. Several plans offer access to Air Doctor, including Atlas Travel (for plans with a $0 deductible) and StudentSecure (for both US and non-US coverage plans).
For new policies purchased on or after January 15, 2025, a personalized Air Doctor link will be included in the fulfillment documents and in the member portal. For existing policies purchased before January 15, 2025, a personalized Air Doctor link will be emailed to the policyholder and also made available in the member portal. This link gives policyholders direct access to their Air Doctor account through the website or by downloading the app.

Outside the US, you can find nearby doctors and even schedule in-hotel visits. With Air Doctor, policyholders receive two visits without needing to pay or file claims. If your plan is effective for more than six months, you are allocated three visits.
After that, Air doctor will be covered as any other physician visit, including any applicable copays.Can I get service in my own language?
