International students at Calhoun Community College are required to provide proof of health insurance that includes full medical, medical evacuation and repatriation of remains in order to enroll in classes. This is required during your entire duration of study at the college. Students are eligible for any of the following plans: Smart, Budget, Select, and Elite.

Spring:
Full Session: January 12, 2026 - May 8, 2026
First Mini Short Session: January 12, 2026 - March 6, 2026
Second Mini Short Session: March 9, 2026 - May 5, 2026
Please note: You will need to present proof of insurance coverage to your school in order to have the hold removed from your account. Once you have enrolled in the plan, an immediate email will be sent with your policy documents. Please send this directly to shirley.jones@calhoun.edu.
