The Student Secure plan is an excellent option for anyone with a valid F-1 or J-1 visa, allowing students to choose from four different levels of coverage, with benefits such as mental health, maternity, and pre-existing condition coverage after applicable waiting periods. This plan can be purchased for a minimum of 15 days up to one year, with renewability up to four years in total.
The Patriot Exchange plan is a great option for students above ages 25, and also allows dependents to enroll in the plan. This is a great option for anyone with a valid F-1/F-2 or J-1/J-2 visa, meeting the Department of State requirements for J visa holders, with additional benefits such as mental health and more.
The Patriot America plan offers coverage to anyone outside of their home country, offering coverage from a minimum of five days up to one year. Students on tourist visas, or visitors, are eligible for this plan, as you do not need a student visa to apply. This plan meets the Department of State requirements for J visa holders, and is a great option for short-term coverage while visiting the United States, and anywhere else outside of your home country.
