Renew/ Manage Your Plan Online
Did you know that you can manage your account online, 24 hours a day? The Student Zone account allows you to administer your insurance plan whenever you want, with features such as:

• Renewing your coverage,
• Downloading a replacement ID card,
• Obtaining your visa letter, and
• Updating your personal details.

As a current client, you will automatically have access to the Student Zone - simply visit our website and enter your certificate or ID number along with your date of birth for access. If you have problems logging in please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

Student Secure Plan for 2013
On April 1st, the new Student Secure plan came into effect offering a whole range of exciting benefit enhancements and most importantly price decreases in some very core areas. A few of the key changes on the plan were:

• Now available to all J1 and F1 visa holders
• Reduced deductibles within the PPO Network
• Pre-ex waiting period reduced to 6 months
• Select Plan enhanced mental health benefits
• New Essential plan for schools that require PPACA benefits

Most importantly, the plan saw some price decreases with rates for a student under 25 inside the USA now starting at $29 for the Smart plan, $44 for the Budget plan and $73 for the Select plan. To see all the changes, please visit our blog summary to learn more about the new plan.

Insurance Explained
Do you find it difficult to sometimes understand what all the insurance terms and lingo are? As an international student, we realized that is cannot be easy, so we have created our new "Insurance Explained" section of our website to help students understand and learn more about international insurance. We cover a wide range of issues and topics, for example guidance on how to compare insurance plans and what benefits and exclusions you should be careful of - and not to mention explanation of the more common insurance terms.
