Provider Network Change
 Effective January 1st, 2016, the provider network for our main Student Secure and Atlas Travel insurance plans changed to the First Health Network, offering a range of excellent new facilities and doctors for our clients. The First Health Network, one of the premier provider networks in the USA, will improve coverage and offer our clients a better selection including:

Over 90,000 ancillary facilities

Over 1 million health care professional service locations

Over 98% of the U.S. population has access to a provider in our network

Improved search functionality with a fully mobile-optimized search
New ID Card
As part of this change, you will need to download a new copy of your insurance ID card with the First Health logo. To do this, please log into your Student Zone and choose the ID card option:

Online Tools
 We have always provided our customers with online tools to make managing their account easier. These two features, available in your Student Zone, will help manage and track your claims:
Online Claims Tracking
Through our online claims tracking tool, MESA, you have the ability to view/track all your claims and download copies of your Explanation of Benefits (the document that tells you how the claim was processed). For more information on the service and to register, please visit our MESA page.

Online Claim Form
Going truly digital, you can now submit your claim form online through the Student Zone. The online claim form is a replacement for the old paper version (which you can still use if you prefer), and will allow you to submit the form directly online to the claims team. For more information please visit the Student Zone and click on “Claims Information”.
