Plans<\/a>\u65c5\u884c\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u4e0d\u5c0f\u5fc3\u751f\u75c5\u6216\u906d\u53d7\u610f\u5916\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u8fd9\u65f6\u5c31\u9700\u8981\u4e0eInternational Medical Group (\u6216 IMG)\u7533\u8bf7\u586b\u5199\u7d22\u8d54\u5355\u3002\u6b64\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u624b\u628a\u624b\u7684\u52a9\u4f60\u7b80\u5355\u8fc5\u901f\u638c\u63e1\u7d22\u8d54\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-medium-font-size has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\uff1a\u4f7f\u7528\u533b\u7597\u7f51\u7edc <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Student Health Advantage\u7559\u5b66\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u6216Patriot Plans\u65c5\u884c\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u91c7\u7528\u7684\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.internationalstudentinsurance.com\/cn\/yiliao-wangluo\/img.php\">First Health network<\/a>\u533b\u7597\u7f51\u7edc\u3002\u5f53\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u770b\u533b\u751f\uff0c\u5230\u533b\u9662\u5c31\u533b\u6216\u5230\u8bca\u6240\u770b\u95e8\u8bca\u65f6\uff0c\u8bf7\u5e26\u4e0a\u4f60\u7684\u4fdd\u9669ID\u5361\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u67e5\u770b\u4f60\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5c31\u533b\u65f6\u5fd8\u8bb0\u5e26\u5361\uff0c\u8bf7\u4e4b\u540e\u8054\u7cfb\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u5e76\u63d0\u4f9b\u60a8\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u5728\u533b\u7597\u7f51\u7edc\u5185\u7684\u673a\u6784\u770b\u75c5\uff0c\u5c31\u533b\u5f53\u4e0b\u60a8\u53ea\u9700\u652f\u4ed8\u514d\u8d54\u989d\u5373\u53ef\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u9884\u5148\u8ba4\u8bc1<\/strong><strong>(Precertification)<\/strong><strong>\uff1a\u8bf7\u6ce8\u610f\u6240\u6709\u7684\u4f4f\u9662\uff0c\u5916\u79d1\u624b\u672f\uff0cCAT\u626b\u63cf\uff0c\u6838\u78c1\u5171\u632f\uff0c\u751f\u80b2\uff0c<\/strong><strong>\u5728<\/strong><strong>\u6269\u5145\u62a4\u7406<\/strong><strong>\u673a\u6784\u63a5\u53d7<\/strong><strong>\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c<\/strong><strong>\u4e13\u4e1a\u5c45\u5bb6\u62a4\u7406<\/strong><strong>\uff0c\u6574\u5bb9\uff0c<\/strong><strong>\u548c\u8d2d\u4e70<\/strong><strong>\u6301\u4e45\u6027\u7684\u533b\u7597\u8bbe\u5907<\/strong><strong>\u524d<\/strong><strong>\u90fd\u8981\u6c42\u60a8\u9884\u5148\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002\u8fd9\u5c31\u8981\u6c42\u60a8<\/strong><strong>\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u670d\u52a1\u524d\u6216<\/strong><strong>\u5c3d\u5feb<\/strong><strong>\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u81f4\u7535<\/strong><strong>\u60a8\u7684ID<\/strong><strong>\u5361\u4e0a\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u7535\u8bdd<\/strong><strong>\u53f7\u7801\u3002\u60a8\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7<\/strong><a has-medium-font-size has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b65\uff1a\u63d0\u4ea4\u7d22\u8d54\u5355<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u6bcf\u4e00\u8d77\u65b0\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u90fd\u8981\u6c42\u60a8\u76f4\u63a5\u53d1\u7535\u90ae\u81f3<a href=\"https:\/\/www.internationalstudentinsurance.com\/blog\/2019\/02\/insurance@imglobal.com\"><em>insurance@imglobal.com<\/em><\/a>\u63d0\u4ea4\u7d22\u8d54\u5355\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4e0d\u5e78\u53d1\u751f\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4ea4<a href=\"https:\/\/www.internationalstudentinsurance.com\/brochures\/pdf\/img-claim.pdf\">\u7d22\u8d54\u5355<\/a>\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.internationalstudentinsurance.com\/brochures\/pdf\/img-accident-questionnaire.pdf\/?utm_source=isicnblog&amp;utm_medium=social\">\u4e8b\u6545\u610f\u5916\u7d22\u8d54\u8868<\/a>\u3002\u82e5\u5f00\u5904\u65b9\u836f\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u60a8\u63d0\u4ea4\u533b\u751f\u5f00\u5177\u7684\u5904\u65b9\u5355\u4ee5\u53ca\u836f\u623f\u6536\u636e\u624d\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u7d22\u8d54\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u867d\u8bf4\u6bcf\u8d77\u65b0\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u6216\u75be\u75c5\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e00\u4efd\u65b0\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u5355\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u540e\u7eed\u7684\u968f\u8bbf\u5c31\u8bca\u5c31\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u989d\u5916\u63d0\u4ea4\u3002\u7d22\u8d54\u5355\u5e94\u5728\u5c31\u533b\u540e90\u5929\u4e4b\u5185\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0c\u4e14\u53ef\u4ee5\u9644\u4e0a\u60a8\u6536\u5230\u5c31\u8bca\u540e\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8d26\u5355\u6216\u6536\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>IMG\u63a5\u53d7\u4efb\u4f55\u8bed\u79cd\u6216\u8d27\u5e01\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u5355\u3002<\/p>\n<p><em>\u5c0f\u8d34\u58eb\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u81ea\u638f\u8170\u5305\u4e86\uff0c\u8bf7\u54a8\u8be2\u60a8\u7684\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u83b7\u53d6\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u8d26\u5355\u4fe1\u606f\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u65f6\u7684\u533b\u7597\u8bb0\u5f55(\u82e5\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u9700\u8981\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b)\u3002<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-medium-font-size has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e09\u6b65\uff1a\u7b49\u5f85\u7d22\u8d54\u5ba1\u6838\u8fdb\u7a0b <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7d22\u8d54\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u5728\u6536\u5230\u6240\u6709\u6587\u4ef6\u540e30\u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5185\u5b8c\u6210\u3002\u63d0\u4ea4\u6587\u4ef6\u4e00\u5468\u540e\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u5728<a <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-medium-font-size has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color\"><strong>\u7b2c\u56db\u6b65\uff1a\u6536\u5230\u4fdd\u969c\u89e3\u91ca\u4fe1(EOB)\u6216\u7d22\u8d54\/\u652f\u4ed8\u7d22\u8d54\u91d1\u989d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7d22\u8d54\u5ba1\u6838\u4e00\u65e6\u7ed3\u675f\uff0c\u60a8\u5c06\u6536\u5230\u4e00\u5c01\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u5df2\u8986\u76d6\u6216\u672a\u8986\u76d6\u7684Explanation of Benefit\uff08EOB\uff09\u4fdd\u969c\u89e3\u91ca\u8bf4\u660e\u4e66\u53ca\u89e3\u91ca\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u533b\u7597\u7f51\u7edc\u5185\u5c31\u533b\u5e76\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u60a8\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u5c06\u76f4\u63a5\u652f\u4ed8\u7ed9\u60a8\u7684\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u533b\u7597\u7f51\u7edc\u5916\u5c31\u533b\uff0c\u6216\u81ea\u5df1\u5148\u652f\u4ed8\u4e86\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u5219\u8d39\u7528\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u652f\u7968\u6216\u8f6c\u8d26\uff08\u60a8\u9700\u5728\u7d22\u8d54\u5355\u4e0a\u6807\u660e\u60a8\u503e\u5411\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff09\u7ed9\u60a8\u3002\u4fdd\u969c\u89e3\u91ca\u8bf4\u660e\u4e66\uff08EOB\uff09\u53ef\u5728\u60a8\u7684MyIMG has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e94\u6b65\uff1a\u4ed8\u8d39\u7ed9\u60a8\u7684\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u989d\u5916\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u989d\u3001\u5171\u4ed8\u3001\u5171\u540c\u4fdd\u9669\u8d39\u7528\u6216\u672a\u8986\u76d6\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u76f4\u63a5\u652f\u4ed8\u7ed9\u60a8\u7684\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u3002\u67e5\u9605\u60a8\u7684Explanation of Benefits\u4fdd\u969c\u89e3\u91ca\u8bf4\u660e\u4e66\u53ef\u4e86\u89e3\u8be6\u7ec6\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5bf9Student Health Advantage\u7559\u5b66\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u6216Patriot
