\u4e2d\u6587\u53eb\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u6216\u5e73\u4ef7\u533b\u7597\u6cd5\u6848)\uff0c\u4f46\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u540d\u4e2d\u56fd\u7559\u5b66\u751f\u6216\u8bbf\u95ee\u5b66\u8005\uff0c\u4f60\u5e94\u8be5\u5f88\u60f3\u77e5\u9053\u5bf9\u4f60\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u91cd\u70b9\u8bb2\u89e3\u7559\u5b66\u751f\u6216\u8bbf\u95ee\u5b66\u8005\u6700\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<h1>1. \u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669(Affordable Care Act)\uff1f<\/h1>\n<p>\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u672c\u8d28\u4e0a\u662f\u4fee\u8ba2\u7f8e\u56fd\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u548c\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u7acb\u6cd5\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u89c4\u5b9a\u6240\u6709\u7f8e\u56fd\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u5411\u7f8e\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u548c\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u5c45\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b \u201cessential health benefits\u201d (\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u969c)\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u8ba1\u5212\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u6240\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u4ee3\u4ef7\u5f88\u9ad8\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2016\/10\/25\/us\/some-health-plan-costs-to-increase-by-an-average-of-25-percent-us-says.html?_r=0\">ACA\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u4fdd\u8d39\u6bd4\u4ee5\u5f80\u8ba1\u5212\u9ad8\u51fa\u4e8625%<\/a>\u3002\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u6240\u6709\u7f8e\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u548c\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u5c45\u6c11\u90fd\u83b7\u4fdd\u9669\u8986\u76d6\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u4eec\u6ca1\u6709\u6301\u6709\u7b26\u5408\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u7a0e\u5c40(IRS)\u8fd8\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5411\u4ed6\u4eec\u5b9e\u884c\u5f81\u7a0e\u5904\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>2. \u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u54cd\u7559\u5b66\u751f\u548c\u8bbf\u95ee\u5b66\u8005\uff1f<\/h1>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u662f\u7559\u5b66\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u7559\u5b66\u751f\u6216\u8bbf\u95ee\u5b66\u8005\uff0c\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u5f71\u54cd\u4f60\u4eec\u7684\u673a\u7387\u5e94\u8be5\u4e0d\u9ad8\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u662f\u6301F1\u7b7e\u8bc1\u6216J1\u7b7e\u8bc1\u5e76\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u9017\u7559\u5c11\u4e8e\u4e94\u4e2a\u5386\u5e74\u7684\u7559\u5b66\u751f\u6216\u8bbf\u95ee\u5b66\u8005\uff0c\u4f60\u4eec\u662f\u8c41\u514d\u8d2d\u4e70\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u5e76\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u7531\u9009\u62e9\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u8ba1\u5212(\u4f46\u8fd8\u662f\u8981\u7b26\u5408\u5b66\u6821\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u8981\u6c42)\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u5df2\u9017\u7559\u8d85\u8fc75\u4e2a\u5386\u5e74\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u4f60\u4fbf\u9700\u8981\u67e5\u8be2\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u72b6\u6001\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u72b6\u6001\u4e3a\u201dnon-resident alien\u201d\uff0c\u90a3\u4f60\u4e5f\u662f\u8c41\u514d\u8d2d\u4e70\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u5e76\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u7531\u9009\u62e9\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u8ba1\u5212(\u4f46\u8fd8\u662f\u8981\u7b26\u5408\u5b66\u6821\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u8981\u6c42)\u3002\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u72b6\u6001\u4e3a\u201dresident alien\u201d\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u4f60\u5c31\u5fc5\u987b\u8d2d\u4e70\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u4e0d\u7136\u5c31\u4f1a\u88ab\u5b9e\u884c\u5f81\u7a0e\u5904\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>3. \u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u4e0e\u975e\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u533a\u522b\uff1f<\/h1>\n<p>\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u5fc5\u987b\u5305\u62ec\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthcare.gov\/coverage\/what-marketplace-plans-cover\/\">essential health benefits<\/a>\u201d (\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u4fdd\u9669\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u969c)\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4fdd\u969c\u5206\u522b\u4e3a\uff1a<br \/>\n&#8211; \u533b\u9662\u95e8\u8bca(\u53bb\u533b\u9662\u5c31\u533b\u4f46\u65e0\u987b\u8981\u4f4f\u9662)<br \/>\n&#8211; \u6025\u8bca<br \/>\n&#8211; \u4f4f\u9662<br \/>\n&#8211; \u751f\u80b2\u3001\u6000\u5b55\u548c\u65b0\u751f\u513f\u62a4\u7406<br \/>\n&#8211;
